I created a high school science journal featuring abridged student research papers from the Honors Advanced Research program at HHS. I saw this project from proposal in early 2017 to publication in June 2018 and 2019.
Goal: preserve projects for student researchers to reference, communicate findings with the general public, and increase scientific literacy. I coordinated, organized, and edited research papers into 2-page format, proofed body text, printed mockups, and worked with associate editor and advisor on web design, binding options, and promotion to ultimately create a new school publication.
